We accept Medicare. After Medicare payments are received, claims are automatically filed with secondary carriers.
Commercial Insurance
We accept most commercial insurances. Please call your insurance company to verify that we are in your network. Patients will be responsible for charges incurred when choosing to go out of network.
Workers' Compensation
If you sustain an injury at work, an injury report must be filed with your employer. At the initial visit, you will be asked to provide both workers' compensation and regular health insurance information (with a valid referral, if applicable) in the event the claim is denied. Claims will be filed directly with the workers' compensation carrier if we are provided with this information.
